- F1: $10 Single Engine Piston
- F2: $12 Small Multi-Engine Piston
- F3: $15 Medium/Large Cabin Class Multi-Engine Piston
- F4: $35 Turbine Single/Multi-Engine
- F5: $45 Jet Aircraft up to 29,999 lbs.
- F6: $10 Helicopter Piston
- F7: $20 Turbine Helicopter
- F8: $75 Any Extra Large AC and/or weight 30,000 lbs. +
- F9: $20 VLJ Very Light Jet Category Aircraft
